Accessibility statement.

This site aims to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 Level AA. A complete conformance assessment has not been carried out, so we do not claim full conformance on the strength of the checks below.

This site has not been independently audited. Automated checks can identify some barriers. Manual testing and assistive-technology testing are also needed to assess the experience.

Developer checks were recorded on 4 September 2026. These are checks of selected accessibility features, not a full audit against every criterion.

• Markup checks cover page language, heading structure, landmarks, link names, image alternatives, duplicate IDs and internal links across the built pages.
• Colour themes. The site follows your operating system’s light or dark preference. Text-colour contrast was checked for both themes; the dark theme was also visually inspected in the browser.
• Keyboard navigation checks included a working skip link and a visible focus outline on sampled links.
• Small screens and reflow. The guide and changed pages are checked at a 320px viewport width.

The site serves static HTML and does not require client-side JavaScript to read content or follow links. This supports resilience but does not by itself establish accessibility.

A complete screen-reader assessment and testing with disabled users have not been completed for this site. Those are gaps in our assessment; passing markup or visual checks does not rule out other barriers.

We review reported problems and update this statement as findings are confirmed. You can request the information in another format while we investigate an issue.
