These terms cover this website and the apps published by COOL UN LTD, trading as Cool Unlimited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 04985133, registered office 42 Marrick, Wilnecote, Tamworth, England, B77 4NU.
This website
You are welcome to read, link to and quote this site. The text, design and images belong to us or to whoever licensed them to us, so please do not republish substantial parts of it as your own.
We keep the site accurate and current, but it describes work in progress and things change. Nothing here is a contractual offer, and descriptions of unreleased software are statements of intent rather than promises.
Our apps
Apps downloaded from the App Store are licensed to you, not sold. Unless we say otherwise, that licence is Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, and Apple's own terms apply to the download and any purchase.
Please do not:
- reverse engineer, decompile or modify an app, except where the law says you may;
- redistribute it, or charge other people for access to it;
- use it to break the law or to interfere with anyone else's use of it.
Purchases
In-app purchases are sold and processed by Apple under Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something you bought did not unlock, tell us and we will fix it — seesupport.
Availability
We may update, change or withdraw an app or a feature. Where a change would remove something you have paid for, we will say so in advance if we can.
Liability
Our apps are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data where you have not kept a backup.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
